Competitive Intelligence is the discipline of analyzing and understanding the competitive environment to improve an organization's performance. It is based on the collection, analysis and distribution of strategic information about products, customers, competitors and market trends. The aim is to help decision-makers make informed decisions and anticipate developments in their sector.

The aim of this course is to provide practical methods and tools to better understand the external dynamics influencing a company's competitiveness. Students will learn to identify and analyze key factors in the economic and competitive environment, and develop a strategic vision of the sectors in which they wish to evolve.

The courses will also be recorded and available on video for later viewing, to offer maximum flexibility to participants.
